Shop policies
Welcome to my shop. Thank you for stopping by at my shop. Unless otherwise noted in the item description, each item here is ready to ship.
1. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Once you have purchased an item you are expected to pay for it. Changing your mind is NOT a valid reason to request a refund. If there is something that you are not sure of, please ask before making the purchase. I'm more than willing to answer questions about anything in the shop. Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within 14 days of the parcel arriving. All items must be in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. When I receive the item I will issue a refund to your PayPal account for the purchase price of the piece/pieces. Shipping costs are not refundable

2. Payment
Payment- I accept payments through PayPal. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
3. Delivery
Items ( ready to ship ) will be shipped within three business days of payment clearing. Items made to order- according to the date given in each offer. Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. I will ship to your Pay Pal address.

Estimated shipping times:
EU - one to three weeks
Rest of the world - two to four weeks
Please be aware that these are estimates. Sometimes it can take longer but it can also arrive faster. Once I post your package, I will send you e- mail, provide you with a tracking number and the links you’ll need to follow your package.

4. Privacy

I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
*Delivery companies
*Business transfers
*Pay Pal
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years. I do not transfer your personal data outside the EU
